    Classic Cabernet
    from Beringer
    Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc

What makes a wine iconic? Consistent quality, classic varietal characters and impeccable reputation. These are the attributes of Beringer Knight’s Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that offers the highest quality expression of its varietal from its pristine vineyards in Sonoma County. Winemaker Laurie Hooks carries on a tradition that began in 1974. The current 2012 has a blend of 7% Merlot, 5% Cab Franc, 2% Petite Verdot and 1% Malbec folded in. It offers dense, dark berry fruits and nuances of spice and chocolate that finish in silky tannins. Learn about Beringer’s Knights Valley Cab from this YouTube video!
